Training & servicing
Servicing Contract
Once you have purchased or leased a machine from Back 2 Business Vending you will be covered with a servicing contract which gives peace of mind should you experience any difficulties with your equipment.
Report a fault
We offer a telephone helpdesk on 0845 602 6738 between 9am and 5pm to call to report a fault. We will endeavour to try and telephone fix your machine, or where the problem is more serious arrange for a technician to visit you to repair and get your machine working again.

General Maintenance
Even if we do not currently supply your product or machine, if you need help with your machine, let us know and we will quote you to fix your machine.
Training
Many machines are plug and play machines that require minimal training and come supplied with a full user instruction manual. The larger and more complicated machines will be provided with a training package to ensure you are comfortable in not only using your machine, but cleaning and filling the machine with new ingredients.
Operated Services
At Back 2 Business Vending as well as supplying equipment and products which you can fill and clean yourself, we are able to offer a full operated service. We will place a machine and visit to clean and fill the machine for you.
